How it works

Stimulation of the P6 point may modulate vagal activity and serotonin pathways involved in nausea. Sea-Bands use continuous pressure on this point.

Sea-Band wristbands provide continuous P6 stimulation without requiring manual pressure. Safe in pregnancy. Effect is modest and varies between individuals.

Why moderate evidence

Cochrane review found P6 acupressure reduces postoperative nausea. Multiple trials support its use in pregnancy nausea. Evidence is consistent across different nausea types.

Noticeably less frequent issues after about a month of consistent use. Worth sticking with.

Good results overall. Had to adjust the approach slightly but found what worked for me. Would recommend trying it.

Some improvement but not as dramatic as I hoped. Might need longer to see full benefit. Still continuing.
