How it works
Low ambient humidity accelerates tear evaporation from the ocular surface. Maintaining adequate indoor humidity slows tear evaporation and reduces dry eye symptoms.
Clean humidifiers regularly to prevent mould and bacteria growth which can worsen respiratory and eye conditions.
Consistent clinical recommendation. Environmental humidity is a recognised modifiable risk factor for dry eye disease.

“Some improvement but not as dramatic as I hoped. Might need longer to see full benefit. Still continuing.”
