How it works

The brain is 75% water. Even mild dehydration reduces cerebral blood flow, slows neural transmission and impairs attention, short-term memory and psychomotor speed.

Coffee and tea contribute to fluid intake but their diuretic effect means plain water should make up the majority of daily fluid. Dark urine indicates inadequate hydration.

Why strong evidence

Multiple RCTs confirm that mild dehydration impairs cognitive performance and that rehydration restores it rapidly. One of the simplest and most immediate interventions for mental clarity.

Noticeably less frequent issues after about a month of consistent use. Worth sticking with.

Good results overall. Had to adjust the approach slightly but found what worked for me. Would recommend trying it.

Some improvement but not as dramatic as I hoped. Might need longer to see full benefit. Still continuing.
