How it works
ORS uses the sodium-glucose cotransporter to maximise absorption even during gastroenteritis. Maintaining electrolyte balance stabilises autonomic nervous system tone and reduces nausea.
Sip slowly in small volumes (5โ15ml every few minutes) if vomiting is present. Ice chips or popsicles may be better tolerated. Treats hydration, not the underlying cause.
Dietary changes
Consider speaking to a GP, dietitian, or naturopath before making significant changes to your diet, particularly if you have an existing health condition.

โNoticeably less frequent issues after about a month of consistent use. Worth sticking with.โ

โGood results overall. Had to adjust the approach slightly but found what worked for me. Would recommend trying it.โ

โSome improvement but not as dramatic as I hoped. Might need longer to see full benefit. Still continuing.โ
