How it works

Sugarcane contains plant compounds including flavonoids and polyphenols with antioxidant properties. The natural sugars provide easily digestible energy supporting liver function without taxing digestive organs.

Use freshly pressed juice only — packaged versions may contain preservatives that stress the liver. Diabetic patients should avoid due to high natural sugar content. Ensure hygiene of juicing equipment.

Why limited evidence

Widely used in traditional medicine across India, Africa and Southeast Asia for jaundice. Limited formal clinical research but strong traditional evidence base spanning centuries.

Noticeably less frequent issues after about a month of consistent use. Worth sticking with.

Good results overall. Had to adjust the approach slightly but found what worked for me. Would recommend trying it.

Some improvement but not as dramatic as I hoped. Might need longer to see full benefit. Still continuing.
