How it works
Parthenolide inhibits platelet aggregation, prostaglandin synthesis, and serotonin release from platelets β all relevant to migraine pathophysiology.
Discontinue 2 weeks before surgery. Can cause mouth ulcers in some users. Not for pregnancy. Do not stop suddenly β taper off to avoid rebound.
