How it works
Magnesium is a natural NMDA receptor antagonist and calcium channel blocker, reducing neuronal excitability in sensorimotor pathways implicated in RLS. Also supports dopamine neurotransmission.
Magnesium glycinate, threonate, or citrate are preferred over oxide (poorly absorbed). Start with 200โ300mg at night. Avoid if kidney impairment.
