Thyme Tea

for Cough

Brew 1-2 teaspoons of dried thyme in boiling water for 10 minutes, then strain and drink it like a tea. Have 2-3 cups a day - it helps loosen mucus and ease coughing spasms. Fresh thyme works too, using a small handful per cup.
